What This Quote Covers
Whether you need a full refinish, a repair on a few damaged boards, new installation, stair work, restoration on an older floor, or just a cleaning and recoat, this is the place to start. We quote residential and commercial hardwood flooring projects across Philadelphia and the surrounding areas — row homes, single-family houses, high-rise condos, rental properties, and commercial spaces.
You don’t need to know which service you need before you fill this out. Tell us what’s going on with the floor and what you’re hoping to get out of it, and we’ll tell you what makes sense.

What We’re Actually Looking For
A rough estimate doesn’t need exact measurements. Total square footage, room by room, is plenty — we’ll confirm the real numbers when we walk the space in person.
Photos matter more than most people think. We’re not just looking at how worn the finish is. We’re looking for the stuff that changes the job: water stains, loose or squeaky boards, gaps between boards, old pet damage, how tight the staircase is, what the subfloor looks like at the edges. If you’ve got a finicky stair or a spot that’s been repaired before, get a photo of it. The more we can see ahead of time, the more accurate that first estimate is going to be — and the fewer surprises on the day we show up.
If you just bought the place and the listing photos are still up, send us that link too. Sellers’ photos usually show us more of the floor than you’d think.

What Happens After You Submit
You’ll hear from us within one business day with a rough estimate based on what you’ve sent. That number gets more precise once someone from our team sees the floor in person — finish condition, subfloor, and board thickness all matter, and none of that shows up perfectly in photos. The in-person visit is free, and there’s no obligation to move forward after it.
