From the start, it was apparent Joe Hudson knows his craft… He has a lot of talent and expertise, and is savvy in applying it. Additionally I value his business integrity, which includes top-notch customer service…
From the outset Joe was on top of it… He worked with me to understand my floor vision, and made sure I was completely happy before laying down the color- guiding me through a process of testing various color patches on the floor to help narrow down the best option. I also appreciate that he uses high end product and offers a fair price for his high quality work.
Further, even though my project was smaller than others he was managing – he was very attentive and I never felt like I was the smaller job.
Through out the process Joe was responsive, communicative, conscientious and accountable. He’s a genuine guy and a straight shooter whose actions match his words. And – he made my floors look beautiful!! Go for it – you won’t regret working with him!
