We just had the floors in our 3 story home refinished by Joe, and not only was he an absolute pleasure to work with from day 1 but the floors also turned out better than we could have ever imagined. They actually turned out so well that we ended up refinishing all 3 levels of our house, instead of just the upper 2 floors like we had originally planned. From start to finish Joe was communicative, personable and really made the process easy. He even fit us in during a really busy time for him, which allowed us to move into our newly purchased home earlier than anticipated – despite the fact that we had added a full extra house level of work for him without advance notice. Overall we’re so happy with how everything turned out and can’t wait to get him back in our home to refinish our stairs at some point soon!
