Hudson Hardwood installed bamboo floors throughout the second level of my home…replacing carpet. Joe did an outstanding job – he originally got my business not by being the lowest price (although not significantly higher) but by his willingness to answer any questions and follow through on all my concerns. Throughout the project, he did a great job of communicating and keeping me updated on his progress. Partway through the job, we had an unwelcome structural surprise and Joe went above and beyond in trying to find a solution to the problem. The floors look great – Joe takes a great deal of pride in what he does and really wants the client to be happy with the final product. He is honest and can be trusted to take good care of your home. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and can highly recommend his work.
