Joe refinished about 1200 square feet of original pine floors and the treads of a staircase in my 100 year old rowhouse in Brewerytown. The work came out beautifully. Joe was great to work with: responsive, hardworking, really a good guy. I would recommend him for anyone refinishing old wood floors.
