Had a great experience with Joe. I originally requested a quote for a floor refinishing, but upon seeing the conditions of the floors, Joe suggested just a buff and a coat (as well as repairing a few problem areas). This reduced the original quote significantly, and the floors came out great. He even did my upstairs hallway (which wasn’t part of the agreed to price) at no additional cost.
