I have a 5,000 sq ft town home in the city with all wood floors throughout. I had horrible scratches on the main floor. I was very worried about refinishing these very expensive Brazilian cherry wood floors and I didn’t want to replace them.
Joe was great. He showed me what the finished floors would look like, explained the entire process and provided a bid. He did exactly what he said he would do. He came in, got the job done and when he left, the place looked GREAT.
He said there would be a little dust and there was, but it was a clean and easy process…plus he is a very good guy!
